                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7427
                   MIN-TOM DRIVE, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO
                   RT/Z RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE/ZERO LOT LINE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 7427 Min-Tom Drive,
                being on the northeast line of Min-Tom Drive
                southeast of Gunbarrel Road.  Lots 54-58, block 10,
                Varnell Farms, as shown by plat of record in deed
                book 939, page 79, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 3374, page 661, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 149B-B-6.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to RT/Z Residential Townhouse/Zero 
Lot
         Line Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
